Hahahaha! And we thought guys were bad about sports sometimes!!! This is cool. Thanks for keeping us all posted on the results of the excitment!
Hi Sugar... It was fun to see this game.. but talk about a close call!!!! That ninth inning was WAaaaaaayyyy too exciting for me! cute cute pics... how'd you do that?
Thanks for being such a fun lady to hang out with.
Mom, AKA Donna, AKA Orangie, Nurse, hey you!
It was a great game - I'm tempted to go back tonight for the second game... we'll see. These guys are fun to watch. ~S
I have to admit, even though I lived in Akron for 13 years, I never went to an Aeros game... watched the fireworks from a parking lot once though. I didn't know you had a xanga! Good to see you at WorshipGod'06! Hope you're doing well. ~Abby
Hey, Abby!!! I'm so glad you found me!! It was great to see you, too. ~S
Wow. A baseball fan. A lady baseball fan... who pays attention to the minor leagues? I'm impressed.
Are you just following baseball in your town, or are you a big time Indians fan? I'm all about the Mets, and I am blessed to be living in Binghamton so I can watch and meet some of the players before they make it up to the big leagues. It's been a great season. Baseball is definitely my favorite sport of all.
I'm glad that you're deciding to do an herb garden. I was inspired by my friend last year. It seemed to simple to do, and the dividends are definitely worth it. The tomatoes took a long while... but I got a nice big payoff in the end. However, I do have to say, the basil, oregano, thyme, and especially the mint have been great. They grow quickly, and they grow back quickly after I harvest some. I've been enjoying mint tea all summer long.
Let me know what you decide to grow. I would love to see how your progress is. (This was my first year growing anything, so maybe next year we can learn from each other.)
I love baseball too. It's not like I'm updated on anyone, but I LOVE baseball. It's in my blood. My daddy played in highschool and he coached my sis and I for a few years (technically that was softball). BTW, did you buy your Beatles CD?
Hey, Bokgwai - yep, I love baseball. I think it's because I lived next to the baseball practice field in college, so I watched a lot of it then... and got hooked. I like going to the Aeros games because they can actually hear me cheering for them - they've also produced a lot of great baseball players for the Indians, especially this year. The Aeros and Altoona are tied up and I'm hoping to go the the last game in the playoffs tonight! I'll let you know what I decide to grow... I'm definitely motivated. There's nothing like fresh herbs to give dishes that gourmet taste... =)
Hey Jessica - I think I like baseball for just the opposite reason - I'm so impressed that anyone can do it because I'm terrible at it! The last time I tried to play I was in 5th grade and they actually asked me not to play. =) I mostly just run a lot - and watch others who are much more successful at it. =) I'm TOTALLY going to get that CD this week.
by the way... we won the championship!!!! Go Aeros!!! =)
