  • Grace, grace...

"it's your kindness, Lord, that leads us to repentance..."

this has been a learning week for me... learning to:

     - pray to stay humble before I enter the hospital

     - spend time thinking grace as a means of strength

     - trust God to do "tomorrow" by focusing on today

Random Thought:I wrote a post the other day about evangelism and actually the point of my post was that God's kindness leads us to repentance-though I never realized it till this post reminded me. The grace of God teaches us that are being saved(pre believers and believers)to say no to ungodliness.

God's grace and kindness provoke faith.

BTW I think your mom rocks and I love this song-PTL

Hallelujah...God needs loving hearts in missions..and being an MD, you can brush up on field medicine..it's a completely different animal anyway, trust me. I'm an Intensive Care Unit-trained RN, and it has been completely new to do medicine/treatment without monitors, supplies (some) and so on. You go for it! If I get a link to another medical trip (my last one to Haiti got canceled d/t the political problems there), I'll for sure let you know.

    blessings...jim
